In Africa, more than 90% of children cannot read and understand a simple sentence by age 10, while in parts of Asia, over 70% of students face similar learning poverty despite school enrollment. Worldwide, 244 million children and youth are out of school, highlighting a severe lack of access to quality education in both developing regions and marginalized communities globally.
